July Executive Board Meeting & Tuition Reimbursements

Due to the holiday schedule, SSAACCC Tuition Reimbursement requests for summer 2015 are being accepted until Monday, July 6, 2015.  This is a one-time exception. Your completed Appendix J must be received no later than 4pm on Monday.  The form is included here (Blank_Appendix J Tuition Reimbursement) and under “Media” (In your dashboard to the left).  Complete and email to Wendy Gray (wgray@atlantic.edu).  All other supporting material should be submitted as soon as possible to facilitate reimbursement processing.
The following are required: Appendix J, proof of payment, proof of registration, catalog cover or web page (of your college program), course description(s) from catalog/website, & final grades
Due dates: Spring semester requests due no later than December 30th; Summer semester requests due no later than June 1st; Fall semester requests due no later than September 1st    Requests received after these dates may be denied.
The regular meetings of the ACCCEA Executive Board are officially moved to the third Tuesday of each month, beginning this month.  Our next meeting will be on July 21 at 12:30pm in J202.  We will again have the capability to video conference or conference call with AC (room 215) and CMCC (Details to follow).  Everyone is invited, but we ask that you RSVP so we make sure there is enough space and lunch available.  Please RSVP to cgarwood@atlantic.edu  by Monday, July 13th if you would like to join us this month.
