We know that without you, the members of the ACCCEA, Atlantic Cape Community College could not fulfill its mission of providing access to superior educational programs or honor its promise to create opportunity. We want to take a moment just to say thank you for your dedication to the students of Atlantic Cape.
Last spring, the union leadership embarked on an effort to build awareness of its activities and demonstrate its concern for the success of our students. ACCCEA sponsored a Dunk tank on Earth Day, Football and High Striker games on Buccaneer Day with give-a-ways for students at both events. We raised almost $500 at these events thanks to Atlantic Cape employees and students! Our goal is to create a union sponsored scholarship to help the families of our NJEA brothers and sisters. We have our seed money, but we want to grow the scholarship fund, and to do that, we need your help.
We are asking you to become part of this effort. We are asking YOU to consider giving to the ACCCEA Scholarship Fund. The more money we raise, the more students we can enroll, the more we can strengthen our workplace and our membership. You can participate by making a direct donation or by sponsoring your own event, (like a dunk tank), and donating the proceeds to the fund. You can even make a donation over time through employee payroll deduction.
